Please do not use your government email and follow our EAATIS guide when leaving a ticket:
- Error: Please send us the error you see, complete with a screenshot (no PII). “It does not work” will not help us, you, or anyone.
- Application: What application or service were you using? What OS (Windows or MacOS)?
- Action: What where you doing with the application or service (e.g., logging in, saving a QR code, checking email, etc.)?
- Time: What time did the error take place / how long have you experienced this error in hours or days?
- ITM (In the Meantime): What are you doing “in the meantime” as a stopgap or to get around the error (e.g. using another app or way to login)?
- Solved: Come back and tell us if we helped you or if you found another way. Sharing is caring.
We’ve updated our system and tickets with government emails will close automatically. We also understand that only 32% of our visitors read the instructions and so included a ticket form to help serve the community better. Help us help you.
