REQUIREMENTS:
- You must be an Army Contractor, Civilian, or Military Service Member
- You must have an Army 365 account
- Personal or corporate (non-Army) computer
- Home or commercial internet connection; WiFi or wired (ethernet)
- Common Access Card (CAC)
- CAC reader
INSTRUCTIONS:
To enroll, follow the steps below: using the NIPRNet or Army Virtual Desktop (AVD):
- While on a NIPRNet or AVD connection, access the BYOD Hypori enrollment page.
- Follow the provided instructions for the BYOD Enrollment Portal.
- After clicking the link, you are taken to the ‘Remote Capable Workforce Program’
- When prompted, click the ‘allow’ button in the App permissions (SharePoint and Office 365 Users) dialogue window
- On the next screen you will see the enrollment screen titled ‘Remote Capable Workforce Program / Bring Your Own Device Enrollment System’. This screen will show display “Welcome your name” and an enrollment button underneath
- Click ‘next’ on the BYOD acceptable user agreement (AUA). There are about six (6) pages
- On the last page, fill in your name if it is not already filled out
- Select ‘acknowledge and continue’
- The next screen requires your email (typically pre-filled), your DoDID, and your command (FORSCOME, TRADOC, WMD, etc.)
- Click the green ‘submit’ button
Once complete, your request is sent to and processed by the Hypori team. They will create your account within 1-3 business day. Upon account creation, you will receive step-by-step email instructions to complete the rest of the set-up process.
